Soft Pastel Flower

 Please use the example below to draw and color with soft pastels. You must fill 80% of the paper with the flower(s). You may color the background creatively. 

 

First, start with a light sketch.

 

Second, fill in the lightest color first.

 

 

Third, manipulate the background so the color enhances the flowers. Think complimentary or analogous colors.
